Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from pure60.com
For products purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces, please refer to the refund policies of those respective sellers.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product was purchased directly from pure60.com
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item
  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason

2. Refund Options

When a refund is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Refund to Original Payment Method: The purchase amount will be returned to the payment method used at checkout. Original shipping is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For returns due to defects, damage, or our error, we will refund the original shipping cost.

Store Credit: A credit equal to the full product purchase price will be issued to your account for use on future Pure60 orders. Store credit does not expire.

Product Exchange: You may exchange for a different product or scent. For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping on the replacement item. For exchanges due to defects or our error, Pure60 covers shipping. If the replacement item costs more, we will request payment before shipment. If it costs less, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or increase your store credit.

    3. Refund Processing Timeline

    Once your return is approved:

    Refund to Original Payment Method: Processed within 5–7 business days (Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days)
    Store Credit: Issued within 1–2 business days
    Exchanges: Replacement orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of approval.

    4. Non-Refundable Items & Charges

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, or Pure60 error)
    • Products marked as final sale or clearance
    • Free promotional items or gifts with purchase
    • Products purchased from unauthorized or third-party sellers
    • Requests submitted after the 30-day return window

    5. Partial Refunds

    If you purchased a bundle and wish to return only part of the order, a partial refund may be issued based on the individual item value within the bundle. Bundle discounts will be adjusted proportionally.

    6. Fraud Prevention

    Pure60 reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or patterns of excessive returns. For example, requesting returns or refunds for more than 25% of total purchases within a 12-month period, or filing multiple claims for the same order, may trigger additional review.

    We may require additional verification, including proof of purchase, photo documentation, or other information to process your request. Customers will be given 5 business days to provide requested documentation. If documentation is not provided within this period, the refund request may be closed. Customers may resubmit their request at any time.

    Any denial of a refund request due to suspected fraud will be communicated in writing with a specific reason and an opportunity for the customer to provide additional information or context.

    7. Chargebacks

    We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at support@pure60.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly, and contacting us first helps us resolve the issue faster and avoid delays.

    If we have not resolved your concern within 7 business days of your support request, you may proceed with a chargeback through your bank.

    8. Policy Changes

    Pure60 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the policy in effect at the time of your order.
